Frequently Asked Questions
1. How much is my case worth?
In Texas, a person is entitled to money damages for injury if another person or company’s negligence harmed them.
2. How long will my claim take?
The length really depends on the extent of your injuries. Insurance companies only write one check at the end of your claim.
3. Will my insurance rates go up?
Although it is unknown how insurance companies set their premium rates, we do know that an at-fault wreck will raise rates.
